Materials:

Crochet Hook size H (5.00 mm)

Any 2 worsted weight yarn

Stitches:

SC - single crochet

CH- chain

Note: Use a stitch marker to marker the beginning of each round.

Pattern:

Using Color A: Chain 26

Round 1: 1 Sc in second chain from hook and in each chain until the end. 3 Sc in last chain. Continuing on the other side of the chain, 1 sc in the next 25 stitches. 2 Sc in last stitch. DO NOT JOIN.

Round 2: 2 Sc in next stitch. 1 Sc in each of the next 23 stitches. 2 Sc in each of the next 3 stitches. 1 Sc in each of the next 23 stitches, 2 sc in the next 2 stitches.

Round 3-21: 1 Sc in each stitch around.

Using Color B

Round 22-27: 1 Sc in each stitch around.

Round 28: 1 Sc in each of the next 8 stitches. Chain 13, skip the next 13 stitches, 1 sc in the next stitch. 1 Sc in each of the next 17 stitches. Chain 13, skip next 13 stitches, 1 sc in the next stitch and in each of the next 7 stitches.

Round 29: 1 Sc in each of the next 8 stitches. 15 Sc in the chain 13 space, 1 Sc in the next stitch and in each of the next 17 stitches. 15 Sc in the Chain 13 space, 1 sc in each of the next 7 stitches.

Round 30: 1 Sc in each stitch around.

Finish off and weave in ends.

Any 2 worsted weight yarn

Stitches:

Magic Ring

DC- double crochet

HDC- half double crochet

SC - single crochet

CH- chain

Hdc2tog- half double crochet together

Loop Stitch**

Note: Use a stitch marker to marker the beginning of each round.

Double Note: Chain at the beginning of each row counts as a stitch.

Pattern:

Hat:

Using Main Color (A), I Hook, and Magic Ring

Round 1: 6 Dc in the magic ring DO NOT JOIN (Use stitch marker)

Round 2-3: 2 Dc in each stitch around.

Round 4: *1 Dc in first stitch, 2 dc in next stitch* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 5: *1 Dc in each of the next 2 stitches, 2 dc in next stitch* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 6: *1 Dc in each of the next 3 stitches, 2 dc in next stitch* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 7: *1 Dc in each of the next 4 stitches, 2 dc in next stitch* Repeat from * to * around.

You May Continue to Increase Here for a Bigger Hat.

Round 8-18: 1 dc in each stitch around.

Ear Flaps:

Row 19-25: 1 Hdc in each of the next 10 stitches. Chain 2, turn.

Row 26: Hdc2tog, 1 hdc in each of the next 4 stitches. Hdc2tog, 1 hdc in last stitch.

Row 27: 1 Hdc in each stitch across

Finish off and weave in ends.

Row 28: Count out next 20 stitches from the beginning of the ear flap, join and Chain 2. 9 Hdc in each of the next 9 stitches. Chain 2, turn.

Row 29-34: 1 Hdc in each of the next 10 stitches. Chain 2, turn.

Row 35: Same as row 26.

Row 36: Same as row 27.

Finish off and weave in ends.

Mohawk (Loop Stitch):

Depending on the size of the hat, the starting chain may be different. For my hat I did chain 51. What I did is measure from the front to the back of the hat and making a chain accordingly. If you did not increase more during the making of the hat then Chain 51 should work just fine.

Using J hook & Both colors A and B:

Chain 51

Row 1: 1 Loop Stitch in 2nd chain from hook and in each chain across. Chain 1, turn.

Row 2: 1 Sc in each stitch across. Chain 1, turn.

Rows 3-6: Repeat rows 1 & 2 twice.

Finish off and leave a long tail for sewing.

Sew on Loop Stitch to the middle of the hat between the ear flaps. Cut the loops.

Braided Tassels:

Take 6 strands of each color, weave into the last row of the each of the ear flaps and braid. Knot at the end.

Using Color A: Chain 52

Round 1: Hdc in 3rd chain from hook and in each stitch to the end of the chain. In the last Chain, 3 hdc. Continue around the other side of the chain for 47 stitches. In next chain, 2 hdc. DO NOT JOIN

Round 2: 2 Hdc in the next stitch, 1 hdc in each of the next 48 stitches. 2 Hdc in the next 3 stitches. 1 Hdc in each of the next 49 stitches. 2 Hdc in the next 2 stitches.

Round 3-26: 1 Hdc in each stitch around.

Using Color B: Round 27: 1 Sc in each hdc around.

Round 28-34: 1 Sc in each stitch around.

Round 35: 1 Sc in each of the next 16 stitches, Chain 20 and skip the next 20 stitches. 1 Sc in next stitch and in each of the next 34 stitches. Chain 20 then skip the next 20 stitches. 1 Sc in the next stitch and each of the next 16 stitches.

Round 36: 1 Sc in each of the next 16 stitches. 24 Sc in the Chain 20 space then 1 sc in each of the next 34 stitches. 25 Sc in the Chain 20 space. 1 Sc in each of the next 16 stitches.

Round 37-39: 1 Sc in each stitch around.

Finish off and Weave in ends.

Materials:

Crochet Hook size J (6.00 mm)

Any bulky weight yarn

Stitches:

Magic loop

SC - single crochet

CH- chain

Sc2Tog- single crochet two together

Note: Use a stitch marker to marker the beginning of each round.

Pattern:

Using the Magic Loop, 5 sc in the loop.

Round 1: 2 Sc in each stitch around.

Round 2: *1 Sc in first stitch, 2 in the next* Repeat from * to * to the end of the round.

Round 3: *Chain 3, 1 Sc in next stitch* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 4: *Chain 3 then 1 sc in next chain 3 space* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 5: *Chain 5 then 1 sc in chain 3 space* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 6-11: Repeat round 5

Round 12: *Chain 7 then 1 sc in chain 5 space* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 13-17: Repeat round 12

Here you can make the hat more slouchy by adding rounds or make it less slouchy be taking away rounds.

Round 18: *5 Sc in chain 7 space then 1 sc in next sc* Repeat from * to * around.

Round 19: *1 Sc in each of the next 5 stitches then sc2tog* Repeat from * to * to last 5 stitches. 1 Sc in each of the 5 stitches.

Round 20: *1 Sc in each of the next 4 stitches then sc2tog* Repeat from * to * to last 5 stitches. 1 Sc in each of the 5 stitches.

Here you can make the hat tighter by decreasing another round.

Round 21-22: 1 Sc in each stitch around.

Finish off and weave ends.

Simple Cable Clutch

Materials:

Crochet Hook size H (5.00 mm)

Any color worsted weight yarn

Contrast color worsted weight yarn (optional)

Tapestry needle (optional)

Stitches:

Magic loop

SC - single crochet

DC - double crochet

FPDC - front post double crochet

BPDC - back post double crochet

Special Stitch: Cable - Skip 2 dc, fpdc in next stitch, bpdc around 2nd skipped stitch, fpdc around 1st skipped stitch

Note: Chain at the beginning of each row counts as a stitch

Pattern:

Chain 31

Row 1: 1 Sc in second chain from hook and in each chain across. Chain 1 and turn.

Rows 2-4: 1 Sc in each stitch across. Chain 1, turn.

Row 5: 1 Sc in each stitch across. Chain 3, turn.

Row 6: 1 Dc in each stitch across. Chain 3, turn.

Row 7: 1 Dc in each of the next 3 stitches, cable. 1 Dc in each of = the next 16 stitches, cable. 1 Dc in each of the last 4 stitches. Chain 3, turn.

Row 8: 1 Dc in each of the next 3 stitches. *Bpdc in the first dc of cable, fpdc in the next, bpdc in the last.* 1 Dc in each of the next 16 stitches. Repeat from * to *. 1 Dc in each of the last 4 stitched. Chain 3, turn.

Row 9: 1 Dc in each of the next 3 stitches. * Fpdc in the last stitch of the cable, bpdc in the middle part of cable, and fpdc in the first part.* 1 Dc in each of the next 16 stitches. Repeat from * to *. 1 Dc in each of the last 4 stitches. Chain 3, turn.

Rows 10-14: Repeat rows 8 & 9 twice. At the end of Row 14, Chain 1 instead of 3.

Rows 15-42 (it's really not that much): 1 Sc in each stitch across. Chain 1, turn.

Row 43: 1 Sc in each of the next 13 stitches, Chain 3 and skip 3 stitches. Sc in the next stitch and sc in each stitch to the end. Chain 1, turn.

Row 44: 1 Sc in each of the next 12 stitches, 3 sc in the chain space. 1 Sc in each of the next 14 stitches.

Finish off and weave ends.

Fold in half with the cable on the inside of bag at the dc/sc border and sew up sides.

Reverse bag so that cable is on the outside.

Flower Embellishment

Materials:

Crochet Hook size H (5.00 mm)

Any 2 color worsted weight yarn

Tapestry needle

Stitches:

Magic loop

Stitch marker

SC - single crochet

DC - double crochet

Pattern:

Using Main Color (Color of the clutch)

Round 1: Using the magic loop, 5 dc in the circle.

Round 2: Mark the beginning of this round. 2 sc in each of the 5 stitches.

Using Contrast Color

Round 3: Mark beginning of round. *5 dc in first stitch, 1 sc in next stitch* Repeat from * to * until beginning of round.

Finish off and sew anywhere on the purse.

This is where I will be posting all my crochet patterns that I come up with. Lately I haven't been enjoying telling people that the stuff I had crocheted is not my own pattern. This is the only solution.

So bear with me, because I have no idea what I am doing...

Also please do not claim my patterns as your own. Although, you are able to sell the finished product or keep for your self.
